ENSA Membership is open to manufacturers located in Europe which produce natural soyfoods using whole soybeans, without the use of GM material or GM beans.
The European market for soy products has experienced unprecedented growth over the last decade. Indeed, 2004 saw impressive growth of 10% in sales of soy-based drinks and desserts, as well as meat-free and tofu products.

The following fees are applicable for 2009
