ENSA stands for European Natural Soyfood Association. Since 2003, ENSA brings together companies of all sizes involved in the production of natural soyfoods.

The purpose of this website is to provide information on soy and to underline the importance of natural foods which contain soy. As a European association, we do our utmost to provide in-depth and documented information regarding soy at a European level.
